The Science Website
The Science family of websites is incorporated into Science websites. The meaning of the Science websites is a group of web-dependent publications that portrays the imprimatur and webpages, services, and features of Science that can be accessed on the root domain of Ping Website. Ping Website pages and order forms can also be found at Ping Website. The entire or part of the data processing is performed in the United States. If the Science Website is accessed outside the United States, consent from your country and the United States will determine your usage of the Website. The Science Website does not place limits on the software, script, text, videos, sounds, graphics, and other similar media as well as the service marks, trademarks, and the logo that has been incorporated (“Marks”) which is a property and under license by the Ping Website, who owns and publishes the Science group of websites with the headquarter of their website located at 1200-New York Avenue, Northwest, Washington DC. 20005. All intellectual property such as trademark, copyright, service marks and so on are under the protection of and dependent on the copyright and intellectual property rights according to the regulations in the United States. This website is still under development and can be modified at any period.
(a) All users of the Science Website are subject to these Terms of Service as well as contributors on comments, videos, blogs, and any other Science Website services.
(b) There would be alternating use of “Science”, “Ping Website”, “the websites”, the Science websites” or “websites” the entire part of this policy.
The copyright law of the United States protects all the materials on the Science Website, except those work that copyright is yet to be claimed by the US. Materials can be downloaded by users from the website (a copy that can be read on machines and a printable copy) for only noncommercial and personal use only, with the exception where permission has been granted after a written permission have been received from the Ping Website beforehand which can allow further distribution, display, transmission, reproduction, publication or broadcast.

Materials that can be accessed in the Teaching resources categories of the Science websites (such as Science Signaling/STKE and SAGE KE and so on) can be printed, downloaded, referenced or distributed for personal use only and course teaching purposes as long as the materials are not in any way modified or changed and the relevant credits and links are provided.
The copies of the content must also contain the exact copyrights, trademarks, and other important notices.

You are required to create a new account by registering on the website in order to gain access to some of the website’s features. Several platforms available on the website, such as the forum, social networking platform might demand specific accounts for these platforms. You are not permitted to utilize someone’s account. These three group types are currently available on the Science website.
Groups that are available to all users. All users of the website can access the contents in public groups.
This group type requires approval from the administrator to become a member, but its content can be seen by all users.
The content of this group can only be viewed and accessed by members and also require the approval of an administrator to join.
The group administrator is available for every group. The group administrator might require specific personal information before you can become a member of the group.
By becoming a member of a group, you acknowledge that, apart from this Terms of Service, you fully agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the group, as well as any limitations to providing information outside the group. You can cease to become a member of a group at the discretion of the administrator or Ping Website.
General Website Usage – Permissions and Limitations
(a) The content of the Website is the property of the Ping Website. The Website’s content is licensed and owned by Ping Website, which is contingent on copyright and other intellectual property rights in accordance with the law. The content of the Website can be used only for personal and noncommercial usage.
